Tim Hortons

It was renovated a year ago and it looks better inside. Service is pretty good but they put their baked goods together to start cleaning around 8:00pm (far too early!). So if you want a treat after 9:00pm, good luck, very limited selection. The temperature in here can get too warm or too cold very quickly, be prepared.

The best Tim Hortons location out there! They treat you like royalty and really get to know their customers. Friendliest staff and management team in the region. I go out of my way to come to this location on my way to work because it’s that’s great. I don’t know if this is true or not but the food tastes better here too.

Worthy of zero stars for consistently screwing up and forgetting parts of the order.
I kid you not, every single visit they manage to get something wrong. You ask for extra milk on the side w/​your coffee, what do you get… no milks. On the rare occasion they do get you the milk, they pawn off a handful without putting it in a bag. Gee, thanks, too lazy to put it in a bag I see. I’ve gotten a bag full of sweetener when I never asked for it. You order an Iced Capp w/​choc. milk and no cream, (to me that means no cream) and guess what, cream it is! You tell them it’s made wrong and the rude, ignorant server tells you he made it correctly himself. I’m no dairy farmer, but I clearly know the difference between cream and low fat choc. milk.
Even though this location is conveniently located, from now on I will go out of my way several miles north to head to the one down the street.

Never mess up my order, very consistent with everything. Nothing bad to say its a good tim hortons.

This is almost like a secret that should never have been told to the world, Tim Hortons is like the everyday persons Starbucks.
This location is located in a nice busy part of Hamilton, the service is okay besides for the delay. The rest of the store is a bit on the old side and I went in and went out situation. But, they make up for it by having an endless amount of Timbits (donuts holes)
