Boy what a real gem this little place is. I’m not really into Thai per se but the dishes I had along with my American colleagues was very good. I asked for, «hot but not scorching», and that is what I received. Very clean & neat with a casual atmosphere. As a biz traveller I eat at all types of places and this place is worth trying.

We recently moved to Woodstock and love Thai food but had previously tried a Thai restaurant in Woodstock and were uninspired. I looked up Thai restaurants and the Unilocal Mango Salad review fared the place as a promising place to eat. We called up and made a reservation and made the short drive from Woodstock to Ingersoll. The restaurant is in a pretty shabby pert of town but we were pleasantly surprised the minute we walked inside. The décor was really nice and had a Thai flare. We were given a table «under the coconut tree» which was quite cute as it was literally under a coconut tree (imitation of course). We ordered the crispy spring rolls as an appetizer; which in my opinion are the best I have ever had (and I’ve eaten a lot of Thai). We then ordered the Pad Thai and basil beef noodles. Both were fantastic. We have returned to this restaurant a few times since and will continue to go back as the staff are friendly and the food and server are AH-​MAZING!!! I would say if you live in Woodstock or the surrounding area and you like Thai food make Mango Salad your next stop.

Great atmosphere and service. We come here Thai Curry, fresh rolls and spicy Pad Thai. If you like real Thai food you cannot miss.
David is a really engaged host who clearly loves his place and it shows. Best Thai food I have had in Ontario.
Reservation almost mandatory — they are always full and it is a small place!
