David’s Tea is a company with a lot going for it. It’s very obvious from every location that I’ve gone to that they set high standards for merchandising and customer service. The Kamloops location is no different.
First off, the store is always clean, bright, and organized. I can always find exactly what I’m looking for. I also really appreciate that Kamloops still gets all of the same merchandise and promotions that stores in bigger cities do. Not all nationwide chains give our small city that consideration.
All of the staff here are incredible. They’re all obviously big supporters of the products and I love that the company encourages them to try all of the different tea varieties. It’s nice know that when you ask for an opinion, you’re going to get an honest answer.
I’ve also had the opportunity to work with staff here on a philanthropic level when they offered support to a fundraiser I had a part in organizing. The staff who came to our event left a great impression and we were very happy to have them.
