Delicious salty fries, delicious crispy chicken strips! Their barbecue sauce has a smoky, thick consistency compared to other fast food restaurants. The service can be pretty slow: once there was nobody at the till for almost 10 minutes, despite there being no one else in the place. Usually when I go in there, it’s empty or near-empty. I don’t mind but it’s a little strange. I really like the décor. There are tons of funky seats to sit in, including couches. Overall a good place.

If you like really greasy and goopy burgers this is the place. I had the Santa Fe Chicken burger and it was so greasy and there was so much sauce on it, the bun literally had turned to mush by the time I got it. At least it was real chicken. The whole thing kind of grossed me out.

First Carl’s jr I have been too & it’s very overpriced for fast food. Extra greasy. Reason for 3 stars is for their poutines & milkshakes.

I really enjoy the food there, and the service is quite good. But holly cow the last couple of times I’ve had the same person at the till who is the grumpiest I’ve ever seen, that includes my mother in law.

Solid 3.5 stars; it’s one of the nicer stores, with its brick façade on the side, and appreciate the drive-thru. It’s what you expect for fast-food, not the most tastiest or generous size of patties but for less than $ 10, I don’t expect much. But their chocolate milkshakes are better than McDonalds. Located on the main road, convenient.

Stopped in here to grab something for dinner since I was too tired to drive around and sit in at my favourite restaurant near the waterfront. Well, Ordered the regular burger with cheese and onion rings. The rings were salty as hell and the burger kept falling apart. It’s ok but nothing like some of the positive reviews I’ve read and heard about.

It’s probably the only fast food joint that I like! The burgers are fat, juicy and very tasty! I find it strange that we don’t have it in other Canadian cities. During busy times, the service is slow and it defeats the purpose of fast food!

My first time in Carl’s Jr and I must say I liked it. Very interesting(and messy!) hamburgers for good price. I would definitely go again, but too bad they are so far from Vancouver.

It was a real treat to find Carl’s Jr in K-town! Service was awsome, real cheddar cheese on the burger, and just overall, yummy! I will hope that a Carl’s Jr opens up in the lower mainland

Do people read reviews of fast food joints? Probably not! Carl’s jr was always my fav stop to grab a quick bite while making my way around our neighbor to the south… Until I became sick of their«not giving a shit how your food is served or how you treat the customers» attitude. That was what I found to be a regular occurrence at the CJ’s in Washington. I gave it a shot whilst in Kelowna and I was surprised by the friendliness and cleanliness. And the food looked and tasted good too! 4 gold stars! Carl, if you come my way I’d stop by a time or two.

Yo, Carl’s Jr — what are you doing in Kelowna? Come to Vancity! We need you here! And I personally, need your portobello thickburger combo with zucchini fries — ASAP. You might be a $ 9.99 combo, but it’s a damn good burger — and table side delivery of your food? Unheard of for fast food.
