Nothing like Starbucks to give your vacation a pick me up. They’re always reliable, you know exactly what you’re getting and staff are friendly. There really isn’t anything new I can say about Starbucks. This location is just as good as the rest.

The manager with the short blonde hair was power tripping to her staff in front of customers. She was standing in front of the barista telling him all the things he wasn’t doing like restocking while he had a line of drinks. He kept his cool and smiled and made sure to make the customers feel good while she let everyone know what part of their job she was doing. That’s not a real team player attitude– and super degrading, especially in front of customers. The staff is pleasant, but the manager isn’t.

Today it is 23 degrees Fahrenheit outside and somehow, Starbucks still managed to boil milk before putting it in my latte. I’m sure if I went outside and threw the coffee milk lava into the air it would snow a latte. But it should go without saying, Starbucks doesn’t need a review as they’ve commercialized and cornered the coffee market.

It’s a Starbucks… what’s there to review? Just one thing — the iced coffee I ordered took a bit(they ran out of coffee), which I totally didn’t mind. Being a visitor from the Northeast US, the people aren’t as friendly to strangers like some people here were. Someone just struck up a convo with me and it was very cordial and pleasant. Then the barista came over and apologized for the amount of time it was taking an offered me a coupon for a free drink in the future — I said I totally didn’t mind and thanked her. One of the better Starbucks experiences I’ve had.
