I’ve always been greeted with friendly efficient service at this location. I don’t frequent Tim Hortons and do only ever visit this location when I’m in Kelowna. I usually get 2 Turkey Patties 2 egg white patties no bun no cheese. They put it in a mini soup cup its great if you’re flying out asap. There is loads of seating and 2 pick up areas. Because there isn’t much selection at YLW this location gets pretty busy.

I’d give it minus stars if I could for service. The lady at the counter was extremely rude to everyone. No one was keeping track of what was going out so people were just picking up whatever coffee and food that was brought up. I was lucky a man brought my food back and when I told her I ordered black coffee, she told me twice I ordered it with cream and sugar. I have had my coffee black for 30 years, why would I order it different now?! I don’t give attitude as I’m a cashier and I live my days biting my toungue. This lady was also visibley pissed off at the other staff. I tossed my tim hortons card out.

This location of Timmy’s is a war zone, as almost every arriving or departing passenger filters through this place.
Parking is available in the airport for sure.
The layout of the restaurant is a bit hokey as you’re forced to line up through this corridor that runs down the restaurant, but this path also doesn’t lead to the entrance. So there’s this constant confused gaggle as people weave through the tables trying to get to the back of the line.
Other than that, my coffee was tasty.

Located INSIDE the Kelowna International Airport, this Tim Hortons was a welcome sight for sore eyes! We arrived at the airport at 4:45am to check in for our 6am flight. After checking in, we still had over an hour. We were so glad to see that this Tim Hortons was open! We got some delicious donuts and coffee.
The staff here was very friendly even thought it was crazy early! The restaurant was clean and the airport has free Wifi!
Ahhhh morning donuts. Yum.
