JT Residences was founded in 2014 by Justin Herrington and Taylor Avison.

Currently offering student rentals in the Niagara Region at Brock University and Family rentals in the Georgina region, Justin and Taylor pride themselves on providing the finest rentals.

We target SFR (Single Family Residential) and Student Rental Markets within an hour drive of the GTA.

We buy and hold units for long term returns while continuing to build our dream team of professionals to successfully execute strong deals.

We are always open to exciting opportunities and ideas from other partners.
