Corporate Commercial

My corporate commercial practice has included everything from simple incorporations and corporate structures, through a wide range of matters including asset and share purchase and sale transactions, many involving real estate, such as cotenancy interests for the ongoing ownership of large tracts of land, commercial financings, corporate reorganizations and the negotiation and preparation of a range of contracts. The imagination of clients and their advisors means that the types of contracts and structures covered in one’s corporate/​commercial practice is continually expanding.
