I was in the Waterloo area today with my mom and stopped in at this florist to inquire about wedding packages for my wedding next summer. I had read great reviews online and was excited to get some ideas. To my dismay the woman working whom is the owner I believe was incredibly rude. My mom and I had to approach her for help, meanwhile no one else was in the store. I explained that I was getting married and had some questions. She said she wouldn’t answer any questions unless we had a consultation booked and that she had one on the way. We walked by the store again after visiting a few other florists on the strip and peeked in the window — there was no other consult. This woman is extremely rude and is lacking large in customer service. I would not waste my time or money on this awful florist!
