Some of our brands are Goldwell Hair Colour, Kevin Murphy Haircare, Second Yoga Jeans, Mavi jeans, Buffalo jeans and Clothing, Mink Pink, Soia & Kyo, Dex, Pink Stitch, Yumi and Uttam, BB Dakota, Jack and Gentle fawn. We have a wide assortment of dresses, denim, fashion tops, shoes and accessories. We can’t wait to see you.

History

Established in 2002.

Gloss opened it’s first location in Uptown Waterloo in April of 2002. We started out very small and expanded in size in 2003. By 2005 Gloss had grown to two locations, one in Waterloo and one in Downtown Guelph. At the peak of business, Gloss had 3 locations with one being a summer store in Grand Bend. Gloss has carried both men and women’s fashions since opening, however due to a slow economy scaled back to exclusively ladies wear for the time being. We hope to expand our presence online at gloss​rocks​.com and bring menswear back to Gloss. We moved to Downtown Kitchener in 2011 and are so excited to be part of such an up and coming urban community.

Rebecca Lofsnes is a mother of two and lives in Downtown Kitchener. Raised in Barrie Ontario, Rebecca moved to Kitchener in 1992. Rebecca loves working with people and enthusiastically goes to work looking forward to helping people find the perfect items. With a business background and extensive customer service experience through years in the bar industry, Rebecca prides herself on superb customer service. Rebecca is a hair stylist in the salon and she oversees all of the daily routines of the boutique. Responsible for all of the buying decisions, Rebecca will gladly work side by side with you on special orders if you can’t find what you are looking for.
