Delicious, healthy menu that looks and tastes like real food! I love the grain bowl concept too — whole grains, veggies, and protein with a sauce to tie it all together makes for such a satisfying meal. I really enjoy the buddha bowl, especially the tahini sauce, but I find I have to add chicken to it to make it filling enough. I love the atmosphere too — bright and airy! Makes you feel refreshed, just like their food.

I got their upper cut grain bowl. It was good, it definitely looked healthy, tasted pretty good, but portion size was a bit lacking despite adding extra protein. This place is probably a bit expensive for the typical college student, however there is a discernible quality increase as well.

Fresh, tasty & organic! A really nice, clan and tasty place to have lunch at. Today was my fist visit, had the Upper cut gain bowl and I am totally going back. Also they have really good raw juices!(had the liver rinse by pulp&press — AMAZING!) Yumm !!

FRESH! FRESH! GETYOURFRESHHERE! Everything looks fresh, smells fresh, and my avocado chicken bowl sure tasted it! Not too filling but definitely not leaving me wanting more, the extra spice in the bowl definitely added to the flavour. The prices are not cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for(in terms of the food). I haven’t tried the juices, but they are made fresh and bottled daily(or so it seems) and I’ll definitely be grabbing one next time. I don’t travel to Kitchener very often but I’ll be sure to stop by for lunch soon!

This place is always packed at lunch. It’s pricey, but I really enjoy their green fruit juices, smoked salmon lunch box(which was there for a short period of time), and black bean brownies. I can’t wait until the weather gets warmer so I can walk there more often!

I go here a few times a week since I work pretty close. I have to say that there aren’t any other similar options in the area, so its a real go-to for me when I want to eat healthy — which recently is every day. I like the specials and other options, but the Energy Bowls are what I get most days, and I like the mix of flavours. A really key part of the downtown Kitchener food landscape.

The food, juice and smoothies are good but the service totally sucks. This is the third Saturday in a row that I’ve come at 9, when they open, only to be kept waiting outside until 9.15 while I can see staff loitering inside. When they do open, they are unapologetic and not overly enthusiastic. Too bad, because it has a lot of potential.

LOVELOVELOVE this place. Everything I have tried has been fabulous! I love the juices but my all time fav had to be the Vitality Energy Bowl. I can’t wait for the weather to warm up so I can walk over for lunches!

Thanks to the amazing business owner; my boyfriend and I gave pure a second chance. This time the store was full of happy customers and the staff was very attentive. I ordered the avocado rice bowl and a lemon juice. The avacado bowl was amazing– I loved the kim-chi on it and the little kick of spice. I am happy to say my second experience at pure was 10x better than my first. I do recommend to try pure; not just for the juice or smoothies but also for the amazing food.
