Chapters is our local big box bookstore chain, and part of the experience is to get a favourite beverage from this local Starbucks inside the Chapters store. I have no trouble spending time at this Starbucks, which isn’t unusual for me, and judging by the apparently full-​time swarm here, neither does anyone else. Staff make quick work of the lines here, but like everywhere else there is a Starbucks, there can be some waiting especially during peak times. Pretty well the same experience as the Waterloo Starbucks and Chapters.
