History
Established in 1989.
Coquetterie Canine was started by two sisters, Johanne and France Rivet. They had a passion for dogs. Johanne took a dog grooming course in Montréal, became certified, and with her sister’s help opened Coquetterie Canine. Johanne saw a need to improve ways in which groomers are taught and so, developed and had approved, a pet grooming course. Johanne Jarosh was hired in1993 as a helper and apprenticed under Johanne earning herself a diploma as an official pet stylist. Johanne Jarosh took over as teacher giving many courses over the years. The sisters started another chapter in their lives and Johanne Jarosh took the torch and continued the mission of maintaining a great facility. Johanne Jarosh has helped Coquetterie Canine evolve over the years, first as an eager employee and now as proud owner and operator. Johanne and her dedicated staff maintain this salon’s reputation of offering excellence with courtesy. Veterinarian’s have recommended this salon for many years. Safe and clean.
