This lake is part of the Trent Severn Waterway System allowing you to boat on five lakes without going through any locks. This attractive property boasts a stunning view of beautiful Lake Chemong where you can swim, boat, fish, water ski or snowmobile!

Located nearby is the Selwyn Conservation Area which offers a wide variety of recreational opportunities. Enjoy swimming, relaxing on the sand beach, fishing, boat launching or hiking a 4-​km nature trail.

Much like his catering Dan has thought outside the box when it comes to the design of the house so you are sure to be impressed and most likely will not find another spot like this making it a one of a kind experience.
