Pretty low prices but not great quality. I could spend close to the same at Wal-Mart for slightly better quality. Nevertheless, I always leave the store having made some sort of purchase! Usually clean and friendly staff.

Good selection and great prices. Store is very clean. Most items are very inexpensive or competitive, although I do find some things such as their dried groceries to be a bit high in price compared to the No Frills in the same complex, for example. I’d mostly recommend coming here for outdoor equipment and clothing, but they do sell lots of other things too including home furniture and accessories such as pillows and candles, etc. Lots of fishing and camping gear mostly for outdoor equipment. Shoes in particular for clothes are very inexpensive.

So a girlfriend of mine told me about the Army & Navy store during their annual sale. Honestly, being new to the area and just judging from the outside, I thought it was just an «Army Store». Low and behold, it’s so much more. They sell clothing, shoes, camping gear, grills, coolers, fishing gear, home and garden, bed and bath, workman’s gear, food, etc. I would have never known that by looking from the outside. I did go in the day after the BIGSALE and managed to find some cute heels for $ 15! Steal! Check it out– you’re bound to find something!

One of my secret weapons. When the seasons turn and Summer or Winter rolls around I’ll usually make a stop at the Army & Navy to pick up some of the seasons basic necessities. Shorts, swim trunks, cut offs and wife beaters for the Summer and toques, scarf’s, gloves and boots for the Winter. Each time I walk into this store I’m wow’d by the selection and prices. Just a few weeks ago stylish pair of board shorts for $ 7, cut offs for $ 3 and a trendy flat cap for $ 10. That’s a whole summer getup for only $ 20, sweet! The best part about the Langley store is that its very clean and well organized; you don’t have to spend an eternity hunting through racks to find sizes… *cough* like you do at winners *cough* lol. If you consider yourself a smart shopper, make a visit :)

Every time I go into our local Army & Navy I love it better. Went in today, very early October, and Christmas had puked itself onto a whole section of the store. It was a bit early, but what the heck. I found exquisite faux silk curtains, and almost bought a very nice rug. They have EVERYTHING. Dance pants for my daughter $ 4.99… underwear for $ 1.99 any size. They had SCADS of winter boots, but alas I wear a size 12 and nobody every has that size, but I did drool a little over some of the very hot booties. Go there… shop… do some impulse buying… and in case your Dad needs fishing tackle for Christmas, you can get it, and the wrapping at A&N.
