Want to see your fat cry? Come check out bikram yoga Langley. I have been coming here when in town since 2008 and it always feels like home. The heat is consistently hot. The studio is very well-​maintained, clean, and well staffed. There are 4 private showers in the girls «yogini’s» change room (couldn’t tell you about the boys), and cubbies to store your things (no lockers, but I haven’t had any issues there… Knock on wood). The hot room itself is spacious, with 2 walled mirrors, and professional grade carpet (looks like hardwood… Love it!), and most of the instructors have been there for years, so they really get to know the students. They often have posture clinics, and kids yoga. Plus your pass is good at their Maple Ridge & Panorama «360» location. I could go on, and on but you get the idea! Highly recommend this place!
