Description

Specialties

Hilltop Diner has been in business since 1946. We still serve many of our original menu items, keeping our customers coming back, year after year.

Whether you come for breakfast or lunch, we’re always glad to see you. We treat every customer like a special guest in our home. We hope you enjoy our delicious food and fabulous service in a unique atmosphere.

We suggest you try our famous Hilltop Burger, our infamous Turkey Clubhouse, our amazing Hilltop Eggs Benedict, some hand pulled french fries, or our unique Cinnamon Bread French toast. You gotta try our coveted double-smoked, thick-cut, Ennis Farms bacon. We make our own beef and sausage patties, slow roast our own turkeys, and make homemade soups daily.

Located in a 1930’s house, Hilltop Diner is an iconic building, having made cameos in countless movies and TV shows including The X Files, Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, Butterfly Effect, Smallville, Fringe, Tin Man, Flash Gordon, and more.

We hope to serve you soon!

History

Established in 1946.

For the past 67 years The Hilltop Diner has been serving up comfort food to the masses. A family owned diner right smack between Langley and Aldergrove, we are a local legend. We keep the food simple, the smiles genuine and the conversation lively. After changing hands only a few times over the years, two sisters, Andrea and Sandie, bought the diner in 2011.

Meet the Business Owner

Andrea Z.

Business Owner

Andrea and Sandie, the current owners are sisters that grew up on the prairies. Hailing from Glenavon, Saskatchewan the girls bring the prairie flavours to their cooking and baking. Always dreaming of a restaurant of her own, Andrea got the opportunity right in her own back yard so to speak and asked her sister to be her partner and baker. Their families have been instrumental in establishing this business and the girls wouldn’t know what to do without each and every one of them. Their regular customers are the best customers anywhere and the girls enjoy meeting new people and making new friends! Meet you at The Hilltop!
