Rai Chiropractic

Dr. Rai is very thorough and professional. His staff are also very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend these folks for all your Chiro needs.

I started having intense lower back pain last December and It was recommended by my sister that I go see Dr. Rai. I started seeing him in January. From the very first visit I was sold. He is AMAZING. Extremely personable, kind, gentle, funny, great bedside manner, not to mention how skilled he is at what he does. And all the ladies on his staff are so incredibly nice and friendly. Everyone at the office including Dr. Rai make a point of knowing all the patients names. It’s a wonderful feeling when you walk through the door and are greeted by name. Dr. Rai has helped me immensely with my back issues since January. Theres still work to be done but I am mostly pain free and without the use of pain medication. I will highly recommend Dr. Rai to anyone and everyone :)

My 1 year old son and I have been seeing Dr. Rai since October and he is WONDERFUL. So personable and friendly, remembers the smallest details from our regular conversations at my appointments and he is great with my son!
I decided it was time to try out chiropractic care after I felt I was never getting the relief I needed from other means of therapeutic care for pain from old injuries from a car accident, and from all the changes from pregnancy. I was happy to learn that, while other means of therapeutic care provided a brief band aid for the pain (and then it would come back), chiropractic can help with long term wellness, when I incorporate good nutrition and exercise (which we all know is super important, anyways!) I am amazed at how adjustments make me feel — my mind is clearer, I feel breathing is easier (after an adjustment I feel like my airwaves are aligned and letting more air in!), stress is lifted and — the pain is dissipating. I DEFINITELY feel the change in my hips where I felt a lot of the pain after pregnancy.
I brought my son as I understand the benefits of chiropractic care and decided it would be great to bring him in for regular wellness checkups. I only wish I had thought to bring him in earlier, as my son had plagiocephaly and tortocolis, and I know that chiropractic care could have assisted in correcting these! Dr. Rai is GREAT with babies/​kids and it is such a kid-​friendly office! If I need to get a scan by myself and I have brought my son, the ladies at the front desk are always ready and willing to help keep an eye on him/​hold him (when he was smaller), so I can have a peaceful appointment.
I also agree with the previous poster. The Tuesday night workshops are actually fun to attend (and not very long at all!) The knowledge that Dr. Rai gives you is great to have and assists in your wellness journey! He gives you some information that you would never realize but completely makes sense regarding spine-​health! (Subluxation, what!!! If I’d never decided to make the step to go to a chiropractor I would not know what that is right now!)

Dr. Rai is a very friendly however he pressures you into signing a payment plan which requires you to attend his clinic routinely (for me it was 3 times a week) and if you don’t sign it his level of services drops. I would leave the clinic feeling better and within 48 hours be in pain again. I never realized how poor his services were until I went to another clinic. I now see my new chiropractor once every couple of months. A physician should respect what you can and cannot afford and meet you where you are… as opposed to Dr. Rai who assists you accordingly to how much money you invest in him. On one occasion after telling him I could not afford to come in that often he replied «if you actually cared about your health you would find a way to afford it.»
If a chiropractor uses different techniques and exercises to align and educate you, you won’t need to see them 3 times a week. The effects should be longer lasting.

Great chiropractic practise with friendly staff. Creative options for payment are also available. Our boy loves coming for his adjustments and often is sad if he visits for just a parent appointment!
