I would give zero stars if it were possible. I purchased 2 hose swivel attachments in Dec 2013 for a customer, found that they were the incorrect size a few months later when my customer finally tried to install them, brought them back to Niko’s with my original invoice and no damage to the items and he(the owner) refused to give me a refund. He stated that they have a 30 day return policy, that it was stated on the invoice(it’s not. I have the invoice) and proceeded to pepper me with questions wondering WHY? Why didn’t I return it sooner?(Because my customer had not yet attempted to install the pieces) Why did it take so long for them to try it?(None of your business) Don’t you know that NOONE accepts returns after 30 days!!!(Actually I can’t think of any businesses that don’t accept returns after 30 days, other than yours). They will never get my business again, as the gentleman was incredibly rude and condescending. BTW, the invoice totaled a measly $ 18.14 after tax. I want the owner of this store to be aware of the fact that his business practices are incredibly shady. You simply cannot arbitrarily throw out some sort of return stipulation when the customer has their invoice that says nothing of the sort on it. In fact, the invoice that I have says that a 20% restocking fee may be applied. I would have been fine with that had that been an option, but the owner refused to professionally deal with the return.
