Veda Bistro

PEASE READ. Dont open a Restaurant when you dont have proper knowledge about it. Batter u go to pick up the blueberry. By shopping in Langley some body recommend me abt Veda and i come to taste the food and check the location. I get Dinner menu and i ask for beverage menu. The lady told me she have beer and wine and i ask what kind of wine you have. She said Red and White. I ask what kind of red and white wine u have. She said pino and Robert Mondavi. I said Robert Mondavi have many different wines. what u have Merlot or Cabernet or what. She said Merlot. Sorry no knowledge abt Wine. Zero point. Guys sorry if you dont have knowledge about beverages then dont put the stollen pictures on your homepage from perfect looking cocktails. Who can make that cocktails the dishwasher .? Very bad. The picture from BAR on HOMEPAGE is FAKE. You will see when u are there. Oh my God why they showing what they dont have.
Then i order Stone Kebab.
Stone Kebab
clove smoked fillets of beef (it was not fillets may be the chef dont know what is fillets) /​ginger marmalade
First of all you dont write on menu kebab when u dont know what is kebab mean. Kebab is not a Steak. Kebab mean Grounded meat or small pieces of meat which one placed on skewer and grilled.
I order Stone kebab and i get very DRY thin steak slices. like a chew meat for DOG.
Second order was Chicken Champ Kebab
marinated chicken legs /​cabbage slaw /​mango drizzle
It was looking nice and i thought forget about the Stone Kebab just enjoy the Chicken Champ Kebab. Again its not Kebab it was whole leg from Chicken. I just start to eat the Champ Chicken Kebab and guess what happen. The Chicken was RAW. Not a little bit it was totally RAW. from out side it was looking well fried and crunchy but inside was totally RAW. I just shake my head and return it back. And the lady ask me if i want have SAMOSA. What the F… k i should do with SAMOSA.
So my Dinner was ruined. To be Honest this my experience at VEDA. may be u get lucky. Risk is yours .
