Amazing shop and amazing staff. Travis (owner) is always super helpful and eager to make a fair deal: Best prices in the lower mainland id say. Joey is also a great mechanic and nice guy as well.
The shop has a super laid back vibe that you don’t find at other bike stores. Usually shops tend to rush you in and out, but the guys at velocity will take the time to help you out.
If you need to pick up some new parts, a new bike, or need a repair, these are the guys to go to!

I am from California and I stopped by this bike shop for some advice on where to ride in the area. I got a ton of friendly help and the ride was great. They even printed me out a map and debated on what the best area was at. They said they wished I called so they could have taken me out that day.
This bike shop is also stocked with bikes of all types. Had a good selection on all types of bikes.

I only had a very short experience with this lovely shop, but I was really impressed with the amazing service I received. I will definitely be back to check out more of the shop when I am in the area.
I made a stupid mistake with my beautiful bike and busted a small piece on it. The fellow at the shop was super nice and didn’t make me feel dumb. He got my bike all fixed up in a few minutes, as well as making some adjustments to the handles to make my ride more comfortable, and teaching me how not to bust my bike in the future. Despite taking 15 – 20 minutes of his time my fee was minimal. Like so minimal I felt I was stealing. I’ve had good service before, but this was exceptional. I felt like the guy was just happy to see people out enjoying bikes and riding, which is super awesome.
The store itself is pretty jammed packed full of amazingness. There are some drool worthy bikes here, and as much as I love my bike I couldn’t help but have a wandering eye as I wheeled my speedy beauty through the shop. I may have even caressed a bike or two…

My experiences with Velocity Cycles over the last three years have been excellent. All my repairs were done well and at a great price. They are obviously bicycle geeks and really know their stuff.

Velocity Cycles is my local shop. It’s a cool bike shop with a laid back feel. All of the staff are super helpful and willing to answer all of my questions.
Their prices are also very reasonable. I have been to a couple of shops where I feel like I’m being ripped off, actually I know it. When I took a bike in for repairs at another shop they replaced my brake pads, even though I only had 1 ride on the previous ones.
The service is great here too. I have had items replaced on site for warranty replacements.
