Pimento

This is a small family owned grocery store, and a staple for anyone in the area who needs to run out and pick up something quickly. The store has recently expanded to about twice the size it used to be. It’s not as «glamourous» looking as some of the bigger grocery stores, but you’ll find the essentials, including fresh fruits and veggies, a small dairy section, spices and nuts, and some canned goods at reasonable prices. They have a wide variety of imported goods, including delicous mango juice.
The staff is so nice! They recently saved my new years day meal! At 5:05pm, I realized I should probably get started on supper — and then realized I ran out of cilantro (gasp!). I soon after realized everything was closed on January 1^st. I called pimento (yay! a response!), asking what time they were opened until. The man on the phone told me they closed at 5:00pm, but said he would stay open and wait for me to come. Now that’s service!
