He has an expertise in family law, whether in finalizing a civil marriage/​union or even dissolving the marriage or union through family mediation. He is also specialized estate planning when it comes to drafting your will and power of attorney.

Mtre Dellerba has worked for Project Genesis, a non-​profit organization, offering advice in areas such as Housing Law, Social Assistance, Pensions and Family Allowances. Furthermore, Mtre Dellerba has participated in the Legal Clinic at Université de Montréal where he gained experience in many subjects of Civil Law, and even in Criminal Law. Originally from the borough of Lachine in Montréal, he is presently on the Board of Administrators of Regroupement Affaires Lachine Inc.

Having obtained the necessary accreditation, Mtre Dellerba specializes in Non-​Contentious Procedures. He also has an expertise in Protective Supervision Law, Matrimonial and Family Law, Succession Law, International Private Law, and Property Law.

Mtre Dellerba has worked for many years in the multicultural sector of Downtown Montréal. Being passionate about travelling and cultures, he is perfectly trilingual and can offer his services in French, English and Italian.
