Worst place to do your taxes. Mid-​April 2016, bring in my tax receipts. Was assured my taxes would be done in a few days. Last week of April, am still given the run around on how busy they are and have it complete but simply waiting for Rosie to sign it off (found out later this was untrue — it hadn’t even been worked on yet). Until the very last day of tax season (May 1), I am told they will work on it asap and assured me it would be done by the deadline. Finally end of day on May 1, a receipt letter confirming that it was finally completed and signed off, was handed to me by Rosie herself. Two months later (mid-​June 2016), still waiting for my tax return to arrive in the mail. Called CRA to find what was going on, and come to find out, my 2015 income tax was never even filed! Very insincere and completely incompetent business. I will never be going there again.
