Glenda truly saved the day when she baked my wedding cake. My original baker was shut down by health inspectors about a month before my wedding, so I was scrambling to find a baker that could do gluten free wedding cake with email and telephone communication since I lived out of town. Wow — she is a consummate professional in every sense of the word. Our wedding cake was gorgeous and DELICIOUS! We had three layers and every one was worth waiting for. I purposely held back at dinner so I could enjoy my cake and I didn’t regret it for a moment.
Every aspect of my experience was positive — they delivered on time and as promised! Thank you Glenda for making my dream wedding cake a reality :)
