History

Established in 1998.

I started as a franchisee just a little more than 10 years ago. I have now established my own thriving business which is taking me to new hights.

Prior to getting into the home inspection business I was involvd in construction for around 30 years; general contracting and renovations with a hands on from every trade.

Business Owner

David Andres: RHI NCH RCS-​D Head Inspector /​Manager

David brings to Accuinspect a decade of Inspections as an entrepreneur including 30 years of construction and renovation. David has also worked many years in the retail and service industry.



David is a registered member of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors, The Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors, A member of the American Society of Home Inspectors, A National Certificate Holder too.

David continually updates his knowledge base, by taking industry-​related lectures, industry conferences and courses that will expand his available services. He recently received his designation as Real Estate Collaborative Specialist-​Divorce (RCS-​D)



David enjoys woodworking, photography, music, spending time with his grandchildren and his Christian life with his Church and family.
