BK isn’t my first fast food choice but I do like the Whoppers. From what I witnessed tonight, this location suffers from mismanaged staff. They seemed short staffed up front and at drive thru which trickled down to affect all areas. The counter person was muttering about other staff and having serious technical issues with the touch register, almost jabbing her finger thru the machine. Also the ketchup pump was busted so one had to ask for some at counter. It just added to the frazzle. I miss the little wrapper that used to contain the mess Whoppers inevitably make and the fries aren’t my favourite, but that’s a chain wide thing.
