Unorganized and overpriced resulting in customers leaving frustrated and vowing never to return. Food was good.

The food itself is standard for a breakfast place. It’s nothing amazing but it’s not bad. The service, unfortunately, is not very good. I’ve been a few times and have consistently had slow service, even when there are not many other people there. I’ve generally had to wait 3 – 4 minutes to be seated, and then about 6 – 8 minutes before a server comes over once we are seated. The food is made quickly, which is nice, but I haven’t had a server once offer a refill while we’re eating. After finishing with empty plates, it’s taken 10 minutes or more to get the bill and then another 5 minutes before someone comes around with a debit machine. A «quick» breakfast here seems to take a minimum of an hour. Additionally, the bathroom was not very clean and upon looking at the floors in the restaurant, it was noticeably dirty. More so than it should have been by that time of day so it doesn’t look like the floors are properly swept and mopped. As mentioned I’ve been a few times as I want to like this place, but consistently bad service means I will not return. Two stars since the food is at least good.

Really great breakfast place that’s a little cheaper than coras. The outside of the restaurant may seem abit sketch at first but it’s really nice and home-y on the inside. Lots of wood decoration. The service wasn’t super amazing but it wasn’t horrible. Our server seemed abit shy and quiet. She didn’t really offer refills on our drinks but did ask how our food was RIGHTAFTER we took one bite lol. It was busy during brunch but got more calm at lunch. I ordered the three cheese omelette($~9) and my friend got the special deal(~$ 11), which I must say the presentation was amazing. We both enjoyed our meals and will be coming back for sure! I recommend coming here since coras is always so busy to the point you have to wait in line(and its less expensive).

Food is fresh and comes out hot. Servers were fast. But food was not memorable. It could have been any breakfast place in the city. It didn’t scream out, please come back. I still find the addition of fruit to breakfast odd but it was a nice touch.

Came here today with my uncle and step mom and did not have a good experience. We waited 10 minutes to be seated then another 20 to get our drinks. My step mom and my uncle both had what was obviously day old meat that was reheated with their meals. I ordered blueberry pancakes expecting pancakes with blueberries baked into them but much to my disappointment, I received dense, hard to chew pancakes with blueberries just dumped on top of them. To finish up our visit, the waitress didn’t even ask if we wanted separate bills and just assumed we were all together(which was not what we wanted) but she was nowhere to be found so we ended up having to deal with our joint bill. My family and I have no desire to return here.

My mom and I went for breakfast this morning. We will be returning. I had the two eggs and fruit platter. My mom had the two eggs with a crêpe. Both came with potatoes and toast. I liked that the potatoes did not have salt on them so you can monitor your sodium intake.

Came here with a couple of friends for breakfast. The waitress messed up one of the orders for the table and seemed confused when we tried to explain it to her(she was nice and tried to correct the problem, but I think there was a communication issue as the second attempt was still wrong). The portions were huge for the price and the food was okay, but nothing stellar. The eggs in my eggs benedict were overcooked, with the yolks completely solid. However, the potatoes were tasty and it came with an impressive amount of fruit on the side, including some deliciously ripe mangos. One of my friends went for a fruit crêpe, which ended up being the biggest crêpe we’d ever seen. If you’re really hungry and in the area stop by, but if you’re looking for better breakfast fare I’d suggest skipping this for Cora’s, which isn’t too far away from here.
