My fiancé and I went there yesterday(feb 1⁄16) the place was near empty. The food was over-cooked or stale and Greasy! Some of the greasiest food ever! The cooks that were in the buffet area are rude and discourteous. The Cook cutting the beef was happy that I wasn’t going to bother him when I declined his offer for a slice. Now a few moments later, the place becomes Empty. My fiancé and I were sitting at the booths finishing up and one of the cooks come out and sits Right behind us eating Subway. Another cook joins her with a bowl of noodles and starts to Slurp, Slop and chomp So Loudly. It was Disgusting! I lost my appetite hearing the cook chew with his mouth open. Why sit Right behind the Only customers and gross them out? You have the Entire restaurant! The place is Way over priced for the quality of the food and the service. And I’m fat! I know food! The only saving grace was the waitress. She was nice and pleasant! She deserves a better job than that place. I will NEVER come back.

Never again. Lukewarm food. Quite a few trays empty. No drink refills offered(water). Server seems to be a mute

Called in a pickup order for dinner for 4 at roughly 5:50 on Saturday feb 28th2015, was told it would be about 30min I arrived at the restraunt at 6:20 didn’t get the meal until 7:25. Meanwhile two seperate delivery drivers arrived and twice in the time with arms loaded with deliveries, when I eventually received my food, they didn’t apologize for making me wait, it makes me think it is a common theme with them. I understand takeout/delivery places get busy Saturday nights my issue is waiting over an hour after the time they told me it should be ready.

It was Sunday after Mass and our party of 10 couldn’t go to the local haunts. They weren’t really built for such a large group. But King’s Buffet is perfect for that sort of thing. Thing quantity over quality. Good variety, mostly chinese, even for Sunday breakfast. Good prices, decent service.

Do not go between lunch & dinner hours on a weekend. We were charged the full weekend dinner price even though many trays were empty during our dining. I’m a big fan of crab legs but was extremely disappointed to see none-thinking that Kings only carried it at a certain time of the week. At the time I had two infants, both under two years of age. We were charged for«toddler dine in» which was surprising to find at the end of our dinner. We quietly left after paying with a half empty appetite. Polite staff but crappy food!

Maybe not located in the nicest part of the city but if you can get over that to go check out Kings Buffett it’s more than worth the trip. The food and Buffett selection might not be as good as say the mandarin, but at almost half the price your wallet won’t be complaining. The service has always been good, the restaurant itself is always pretty clean, and honestly the food is good, again some things arn’t the best but others are top notch! Especially when they have the crab legs! Mmm.
