Established in 2003.

Since 2003 we have been helping people quit smoking, lose weight, kick addictions, eliminate pain and live a healthier lifestyle. We were the first to incorporate all aspects of laser therapy in one location in London. We truly are «London’s Laser Experts». And not only do we use laser — we teach it! London Laser Training Institute is an independent training facility not associated with any laser manufacturer.

London Laser is a Lambeth Chiropractic Clinic health care partner. At this location you also have access to chiropractic treatment, massage therapy, custom orthotics, psychotherapy, integrated energy therapies, reflexology, an onsite health food store and more.

After studying nursing at York Regional School of Nursing in Toronto, Debra worked for several years with seniors in nursing homes. Following a 10 year sabbatical during which she spent time at home with her two children she returned to the medical field as a pharmaceutical sales rep calling on doctors, pharmacists, clinics and other health care professionals. Following the loss of both her husband and Mother to smoking related diseases in 2002 she decided to take a more active role in helping people attain a healthier lifestyle through a more holistic approach to addiction and pain management. Following an intensive course of study in low level laser therapy at the Matrix Institute of Therapeutic Systems she opened the Optimum Health Laser Centre, The Optimum Laser Training Institute and London Laser Health Care Centre Inc. She has continued her education receiving certificates in Addiction study, Women’s Health, Obesity and Menopause, Metabolic Syndrome and Drug Nutrient Depletion, W
