I am proficient in both basic and specialized Swedish Massage Therapy techniques. I deliver a very relaxational massage, into which I incorporate deep tissue, therapeutic massage techniques and stretching, working on specific areas /​issues as needed to aid in the healing processes.

I am a certified member of both the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario («CMTO»), and the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario («RMTAO»).

I’ve completed my third degree in Reiki (pron.; «Ray-​Key») which deepens my clients relaxational state of mind. It is a natural non-​invasive therapy that promotes healing through stress reduction, relaxation and balancing of your energy systems. It is a Japanese technique, which provides benefits to your overall well-​being.

The awareness that an unseen energy flows through all living things &directly affects the quality of a person’s health has been part of the wisdom of many cultures since ancient times.
