McDonald’s

9:30 Thursday night and I can think of a ton of places I would rather be then sitting in mcdonalds drive through held up like a hostage due to slow service. I usually go to he mcdonalds on Dundas ST near Argyle and their service is spectacular but this McDonald’s was pathetic.
I just got a large fry and the fries were soggy, not crispy at all. Way too much salt. I thought mcdonalds prided itself on their crispy fries. I have not ate mcdonalds fries in years so I hope this is not the new normal.
There are far better mcdonalds locations in London. This one is a huge disappointment.

Slow drive thru. Only two cars ahead of us. Then we got pulled over for «fresh nuggets.» They didn’t taste fresh. More like old oil and overcooked. Not that I was expecting greatness from McD’s but I feel this was even a lower standard than normal. My McDouble was okay but this random impulse was just a horrible no good terrible idea.

I only go to this McDonald’s because it’s the only one in my area.
The evening staff are lazy, rude and inattentive. 9 times out of 10 my order is wrong and we usually have to wait quite a long time for our food.
On our last visit I used a poutine coupon and shocker, the cashier who seemed distracted by her friends didn’t punch it in properly and I didn’t get my poutine.
They regularly forget to look at the screen to see if customers customize their orders (no tomatoes, extra sauce). Sometimes they even forget a whole meal!

Is it the closest McDonalds between my work and my house. I visit this location quite frequently in the evening after work after 11 p.m. I find consistently that the employees are very rude but particularly one female cashier.
I get the veggie Santa Fe wrap every time with the combo. I find from time to time that will make substitutions and the wrap is never consistent in the taste. It is delicious 90% of the time and the rest of the time its awful. The French fries at this location are consistently good as long as they don’t give you stale ones.
If you’re visiting this location I recommend going during the day time because the food is delicious and the employees are friendly. If you’re going after 10 p.m. I recommend going to the drive thru to avoid the unpleasant employees and the dining room.
