Superior Computers

Went to Superior Computers looking for assistance with my Apple Mighty Mouse. Once inside there were no staff directly available to assist me. While standing at the hardware service desk, I noticed an employee off to the side on a computer. I said hello to gain their attention although was ignored. I called out a few moments later as a second attempt, which did gain his attention. He quickly told me someone would be there to help me in a moment. What was not hard to miss was his attention being focused on facebook. Once I received service, the man told me I would be required to wait half of an hour while tests which would take only a few moments to complete are done. Once I came back, no explanation as to the situation I may be facing but to say it was working fine. Yet it does not work on any other computer tested by any other person. I would never shop nor require service from such a unprofessional store.
