Sushi here was just… ok. Overall service was slow. A couple of my dishes came out definitely dirty. The chicken in my skewer was entirely raw(yum). Wouldn’t go back.

Worst AYCE place that I have been to. Lost our order TWICE! Waited 1.5hours for our sashimi order but still did not arrive. So we left.

We were going to come here for my cousins’ birthday and we had a reservation, but when we got there they were closed due to no hot water, and they didn’t call to cancel or anything. I’ve never had their food so that’s why they don’t have 1 or 3 stars.

The food was great but I’d say the only bad thing was the customer service. One of the waitresses was really sassy and just left when we were asking for clarification, it was really rude. We went as a group of 10 and were seated right away. I would say the place was really clean and it was 75% full on a Sunday night so reservations might help! The food was good and it came out really quickly! They had fried ravioli which was so cool! The rolls were nicely presented and really big. I would say only downside was their grilled items– it was very cold and chewy.

It breaks my heart to drop my rating down to a 3 but the service has been mediocre at best. This used to be my absolute fave sushi place but now I don’t know if I’ll come back Usually our AYCE sushi adventures are 2 hours because we’re shovelling so much food into our faces. This time we spent it waiting for food. We had received 2 out of 10 or so items we ordered when a waitress asked if we wanted another sheet. I was shocked and replied«no, we’re still waiting on most of our food» to which she snapped«I KNOW» and walked away. I’m about 90% sure the table beside us got all our food. We waited far too long without any explanation or apology. As we were waiting to leave I overheard a waitress offering a discount to the table behind us for their wait. They arrived an hour after we did and received all their food in a timely manner. This place used to be my fave but alas. Not anymore.

Pretty good sushi and other foods. Good service, nice atmosphere. I specifically like the lemon cream shrimp, which I haven’t seen at other sushi restaurants yet. Great value for AYCE!

Sushi Fanatics is pretty average. The sushi and other food is decent enough, the service is good/fast, and the restaurant has nice décor(even if the tables do look a bit rough). I’ve never found it overly spectacular or memorable, but it’s never been bad or poor quality in my experience. Only issue I’ve had is that they over-salted their edamame the last time I visited.

This is a very good all you can eat place. Good selection and tasted fresh, service was great, nice clean restaurant and at a decent price.

All you can eat sushi for $ 15 at lunch? How do they make money? I ate all their sushi and all their margins. I am not a fan of AYCE sushi(I have to keep reminding myself) but sometimes I just want to scarf down endless amounts of food, and sushi is the perfect food to do so with. Everything I ordered was good. I recommend it to anyone looking for a decent sushi experience in town — from what I’ve heard, good AYCE sushi is hard to find in London.

Their lemon cream shrimp is very unique and very tasty and is often the reason why I choose Sushi Fanatic over other sushi places in the city! The atmosphere and staff are friendly and the food arrives pretty quickly. The AYCE menus are on paper, and they have some unique items and rolls on their menu, compared to other popular sushi-type restaurants in london. The physical restaurant was slightly hard to access/see via car the first time I went because I was traveling from the west side of Fanshawe Park Road to east as the building was grey, rectangular and its own little corner and I drove right past.

This is my favourite place to get all-you-can-eat sushi in London. The staff here are lovely and very attentive. Service is always good and quick. Had the usual all-you-can-eat. I normally get the Boston Roll, shrimp tempura and beef teriyaki and eat whatever else other people want to share. The Lemon Cream Shrimp is definitely a sharing dish and you should order at least 15 your first round. If you’re looking for a quality place for sushi like this, Sushi Fanatics is it! Food is always fresh and delicious. Staff are super nice and service is super quick. A definite must try for all-you-can-eat sushi fans!

I have been to sushi fanatics twice now and I hate to say but I am not that impressed. The service was fast but the waitress gave horrible suggestions and we forced ourselves to finish. The menu is typical sushi but they do not have descriptions of anything. It made it very difficult to order as I am not a sushi expert. Considering how many sushi restaurants are in London I will try another place next time.

Fast friendly and efficient service. Flavourful and light tempura. Favourites were the garlic shrimp, scallop maki roll and the jalapeño mango roll. Not a fan of the spicy salmon(salmon was cooked — weird.). Or the sushi pizza(the base was a tortilla wrap! Weird) Will be back again!

Let’s get this out of the way: I’m pretty wary of the«all you can eat» sushi trend. It usually translates to large amounts of not very good or interesting sushi. But on a lark we decided to give Sushi Fanatics a go. And as it turns out, it does what it does pretty darn well. The space is bright modern, and service is friendly. The system is pretty simple — you choose what you want, they bring it to you, if you’re still hungry they bring more stuff. The actual selection of sushi is middle of the road, but features about what you’d expect in terms of maki, nigiri and hand rolls. There is also a variety of cooked stuff, some of which leans more toward the Thai or Chinese end of things. In terms of sushi, the raw stuff is reasonably good, and cooked rolls like dragon or California were also reasonably good. My biggest complaint is that most things are a variation on a theme, without much to distinguish them(e.g., 5 types of dragon roll). So after a while the flavours all just kind of come out the same. All in all, I do think sushi is better at some of London’s more traditional sushi places, and for not that much more money. But if you’re looking for sheer quantity and variety, you can do a lot less worse than the Fanatics. I’ll also give them big points for being really family friendly — there’s a big enough selection that even fairly picky kids can find something to eat, and prices are toned down for the younger ones.

First visit and I was very underwhelmed! I ordered four different kinds of rolls and they were almost interchangeable, they were so similar and bland. The rolls were on the dry side, like the rice was stale. Small portions of fish inside them too, but an over-abundance of cucumber, and ¾ of them came with unadvertised mayo topping. The edamame could have been steamed a little longer, they were a little chewy still. The only highlight of the visit were the wait staff, who were very friendly and upbeat. I’d maybe give it another go in case this was a one-off bad visit, but I don’t think I’d recommend it to anyone just yet.

Decent cheap sushi — don’t order any other item menus that aren’t sushi though — the«pad thai» and«dumplings» were downright awful. I was happy with the Dragon Roll. I was angry about the hot foods.

Have been here a couple of times, and they’ve both been good experiences. Food comes out fast, even when they’re busy, servers are nice, and the food is quite good for an all you can eat restaurant. The best thing about this place is their selection. It’s quite extensive for an AYCE, and there are North American food options for people who aren’t the biggest fans of asian cuisine. Prices are also a little more reasonable than some of the other AYCE Japanese places in London, so this place is worth a try if you’re looking for a new spot.

oh my god, where to start on this place? I just love it! For food, the sushi is fantastic, unlike other ayce sushi place, sushi rice here is warm like the way it should be, and the materials are nicely cut and fresh. I didn’t have any raw fish roll since I’m pregnant but I’m quite satisfied with all the other rolls. To my surprise, pad Thai here is really good and so is udon soup. Lemon cream shrimp and fried chicken are must try too. Don’t get me started in all the other good stuff. I’m not let down by anything I ordered here yet. For the portion, love love love! I don’t like where they serve huge portion of rice or noodle cuz I’ll get full too quick to try other stuff. Here all the food come in delicate portion and I can try the menu! Isn’t that what ayce is about? Coming back twice every month!
