I can only express my gratitude for their service. We are getting married this summer and our theme is country western. We wanted to have the entire party wearing cowboy boots however the cost was just not affordable. The owner and staff were more than accommodating and gave us suggestions beyond my expectations. They listened to our needs and went over and above to make our day exactly to how we envisioned it.
I would highly recommend this store to anyone. Th or store is very clean and they have a large selection. Just beautiful…

I experienced by far the worst service I have ever had. I put down a significant deposit and she ordered the wrong boots. She then tried to blame me for the mistake and asked me to pay for the boots in full despite them being the wrong pair and already having my deposit.
It then took four months for the correct boots to come in despite being told «3 weeks» every 3 weeks. When I tried to get my deposit back after 2 and then 3 months, I was told they would not give me a refund.
When I asked about the time frame I was given, she proceeded to call me a liar. Buy online (cheaper), go to the east end, heck, go to Peterborough. If you enjoy being treated with respect at all, avoid this place.
