The receptionist Sheri is very rude, unprofessional and has no empathy. Dr chan put a wire (bridge) on the inside of my lower teeth to hold them together. I had an emergency situation and went to the office because the wire broke and was cutting my tongue causing small painful ulcer sores. It would of only taken 5 mins to file down. I explained it was urgent many times However the Receptionist insisted I had to wait 4 days. After insisting I needed to be looked at many times more she had asked me if I can try to come in at 11am the next day. I took my business elsewhere and advise you to also. I am a woman but what if this was your child is this how you want them being cared for?
