I feel like we were ripped off. Coleman installed a high efficiency furnace and a heat pump in our home. The cost was $ 12,000. The furnace was not balanced so it is pooling water. The motor and fan blew and had to be replaced. And the heat pump was not wired correctly which resulted in it never providing heat in our home. The bill to fix all of this is almost $ 2,000. Coleman committed to ten years of free service… But they closed down during the cold spell this winter when our furnace stopped working. Coleman has recently started up again. But they aren’t certified for Lennox.
