Most horrific nail experience ever! Made an appointment for a routine polish removal to remove gel polish. Had my nails cut so short my finger tips still hurt over a week later. Completely demolished my nails & cuticles. I naturally have hard, thick nails and for the first time in my life I experienced CHIPPING & PEELING of my nails and numerous hang nails. Over a week later, my hands are still in pain. They did such a terrible job removing the polish, I ended up having to redo my nails myself. A complete waste of my time and money. Should have just made an appointment with 5-​Star Nails where I usually go in Vancouver — Judy always does a fantastic job and always charges a fair price for services. Unless you want your hands destroyed for weeks, don’t go here!

Visiting family in maple ridge, went here with my aunt, it was nice and clean and staff was friendly. They did a great job, the best part is the girls actually pay attention to you and don’t talk on their phones the whole time !! Winning !!!

I have been going to this nail salon for almost 2 years I love it! Excellent customer service and great prices. Billy and Christina are both great!
