Benson cut my hair and I loved it! He really took the time to ask me what I wanted and gave suggestions on what he could do. It cost $ 35 before tax. Stephen, the guy who washed my hair did a great job. It was super relaxing and the massage was soothing. The entire thing took about an hour and a bit — longer than my usual hair cuts. But with the end result being awesome — I’d definitely clear my schedule to make sure I get the same quality cut.

I have been a regular here for seven years and counting! My hairstylist has always been Dickson, who goes above and beyond to provide great customer service, fantastic styling and just a good person to talk to during the haircut. I generally get a haircut here every 2 – 3 months, and I’ve dyed my hair three times here too– whole head and not highlights or anything. You get what you paid for, if anyone thinks it’s expensive, well you’re paying for quality. Recently dyed my hair red here, and I didn’t know what colour bleeding was and contacted my hairstylist when the colour came out a bit in the shower and I got a fairly quick reply back. I like how the people who wash my hair also give a head massage and I can tell the salon uses high quality products. Will be back again soon for a due haircut.

been here a couple times already and I was happy every time. The salon is so clean and bright. The service is always good and my stylist Dickson always take good care of my hair. I don’t need to tell him what I want because he seems to know what hairstyle suits me the most.

I’ve always booked my appointment with the same hair stylist for the past few years, and everytime I am very satisfied with the outcome. My hairstylist always does better than I asked for, he gives constructive comments about my hair and also provides me with helpful techniques on how to take care of my new hair. I went there not long ago for a haircut with a black to blonde-grey ombré hair color(see photo) and was very happy with the result. I’ve been getting compliments about my new hairstyle. I would recommend this salon to people that I know because it never disappoints me!

Dont ever go here. So I decided to try an Asian salon that’s decently priced expecting it to look decent. This is the WORST haircut IV ever had. I am so upset. The layers are all thinned out in one section and then the entire bottem section of my hair is soo thick and not layered… It’s layered in a way that it flares out retardedly at the shoulders. Paying a $ 10 Asian place would have been better.

I agree with the previous review, I received the worst service from that same girl as well(she’s the only female stylist). My regular guy, Samuel, wasn’t in that day so I went for a new stylist. I showed her a picture of medium-length hairstyle with soft layers and came out with a blunt bob. My hair was long prior to the haircut so there was no way in saving this. As for the price. Not worth it for the mess you end up with. Never coming back.

So my boyfriend came here to get his haircut and I figure I get mine done as well. I showed the stylist a picture of Jennifer Aniston and said I want layers like hers, wispy layers. The stylist started cutting and after 10 mins she started blow drying, so curious I asked if she was done(because she didnt even check if it was even) and she said o I will blow dry and will see if I need to fix anything. Seconds later she was blow drying it curly. Mind you, I am a passive person so I didnt say anything and was just hoping for the best. Once I was done, I had no idea if it was done well, my hair was curly! Price -$ 35 before tips. The bad experience from the haircut: chewing meat while talking to me, cutting for only 10 mins, and didnt check to see if my hair was even. I live in brampton and this salon is in markham. I noticed that in the next few days that my hair wasn’t cut very well and just figure I’ll let it grow out not realizing how bad it really was. Had a wedding to go to the following week also so just didnt think much about it. A week and a half later I had a good look at my hair, and thought this is not right! PLEASETAKE A LOOKATTHEPIC I POSTED. I quickly called the salon to tell them, the mgr told me that its been too late to get it fix and they will not do anything. So I hung up, figure I will let it go. A few days later I keep examining my hair and I finally had a picture taken of my hair to see how bad it was. I came into the salon in which was told the mgr will be in in 10 mins so I said I will wait and they said they will call her. I was given the phone and told the manager I understand that I was late in letting them know last week but if she can make in exception in fixing my hair. I will wait for her to come in so that she can see my hair for herself. She said she will not look at my hair. I just dont get it. I understand there are policies but when a a hair cut is done this badly she should stand by the services she provides. She angrily said if the stylist wants to do this herself out of her time then fine but the salon will not pay the stylist for this. Mind you the anger was towards me and not the stylist. The stylist comes over and said«what is wrong with your hair?» I said its not even. shes like«its layered hair» and I was like«my hair is not even» shes like«so what do you want then?» I just wanted them to say sorry we messed up and let us fix it. Not once did she say she sees a problem. She ended up fixing it because she didnt want to argue with me and I tipped her $ 20 to say look i’m not here for a free haircut but its not acceptable for you to cut someones hair like this. I got my boyfriend to boycott this place which I feel bad about because he likes his stylist but since they can’t take any ownership, I won’t support such business.
