I like Banana Republic but this store is too small and does not carry a lot of items. Either way, the brand is great and I do like how they have a lot of sales. The good thing about having a small sized store is at least you can easily find help with items and the customer service here is great.

I like Banana Republic clothing. It looks classic yet has a hint of contemporary styling. It is expensive, so I often shop during sale. In fact, I shop more often online, as there are more merchandises of my sizes available. Pretty much all physical stores at which I have shopped don’t carry my size, or I have to digged really hard to find them. I returned clothing I had bought online to this location previously; the cashier was very cooperative. Upon checking that all tags were there and the clothes were not damaged, she refunded me with no fuss.
4 stars for the combined online shopping and great customer services in store.
