Drink Tea

We were planning to get a drink from Chatime but the line up was out the door — there’s no way I’m going to line up for 20 mins just to get my drink. We noticed Drink Tea and it was empty so we’ve decided to try it. The menu wasn’t extensive. But they do have some signature drinks. The Black Tea with Panna Cotta was different so I decided to try it. To my surprise, it was pretty delicious. The combination of the black tea and panna cotta was perfect. The staff was great and followed up on our drinks. The shop was spotless. I would definitely return to try the other signature drinks.

My intention was to get a drink at Chattime (Warden location) but it was only 1050am and the place did not open until 11am. So, I walked around the plaza and found this Drink Tea place. From the parking lot, you’ll not be able to see this place. It is situated at the very corner facing the intersection of Warden and Gibson.
The place was very clean and staff was very courteous when I walked in. I ordered a drink called Traffic Light (green tea based with 3 different toppings), Green bean, tapioca and jelly. As I was waiting, I noticed something called pana cotta. Not sure what that was, but was offered a free tasting. Its a milk based pudding which was pretty good. Since the tapioca was still cooking, I substituted tapioca for this pana cotta.
The place had happy hour as well. During 10 – 1130 you can order a green tea for only $ 1.
Prices for drinks is pretty consistent with other places. Toppings and drink customization is same as well.
Will I come back… yes. Based on the friendliness of staff, I’ll continue to support this business. I’m not sure how many locations they have but, this one is pretty convenient for me.
