Steve has worked as a Personal Trainer in the fitness and weight loss industry in a couple of the most luxurious health clubs in the GTA. For over 13 years now, he has trained everyone from soccer moms to kids to amateur athletes, and has been revered as one of the most creative in-home trainers by some of the city’s top executives. Steve has a formal education in Kinesiology, and recently became a Health Care Practitioner (RMT as well as a Sports Injury Therapist). His popular boot camp seamlessly bridges the fitness world with the therapy/rehabilitation world. His style and philosophy allow him to get anyone in amazing shape– from those just coming off of surgery or rehabilitation to hockey moms, as well as die-hard fitness enthusiasts looking for a challenge.
Steve is an exceptional and multi-dimensional trainer who is committed to appreciating every client for taking action and showing up to camp.
