Horrible service! This Company was advertised on my Church’s newsletter; we thought they would be reliable and safe to use. Our Company ordered 2 cars from the YYZ airport for 2 employees arriving from business trip. The operator was pretty rude but we still went with them — a total mistake! Pure rudeness from the driver, one of the Chinese employee wanted to make sure the other car picked up the passenger as they don’t speak Chinese. The driver gone mad and refused to wait, went on and on and just when the car got on the driveway, the driver decided to drop off our employee! As the employee refused to get off — the driver drove him back to the airport. Can’t believe they are rude like this — and last line — this is what the driver said in Chinese ‘If you have money you wouldn’t call us — next time call the taxi’ 你 有 錢 就 下 次 自己 搭 的 士 啦！
We called back to the company to complain, operator said someone will call and follow up with us but nobody called back. Sorry, never again for you guys! I don’t know how your business can hold up with such service!

Definitely do not use this taxi service. Called and negotiated a price and when the driver picked us up and dropped us off at our door, they changed the price 10 $ more. From a legal standpoint, that is a beeach of contract. On top of that, we had to wait 45 minutes after we notified them saying we arrived. There was no traffic at all. They were not vert organized from my view

Ordered this service to pick up my out-​of –town relatives from YYZ and deliver them to my front door in downtown Toronto mainly due to their ability to speak Mandarin, Cantonese and English– I thought it’d be easier for the fam jam to communicate.
Operator wasn’t particularly friendly, but effective.
The procedure went like this:
1) call to pre order.
2) arrive at YYZ.
3) when waiting for your luggage, call the number. The driver will tell you which massive concrete post to wait under
4) The driver verifies your name and phone number on the reservation
5) away you go.
I’m told the driver was efficient, but sullen on the ride in.
The car was a silver minivan, in good condition.
35 mins from time of pick up to downtown toronto.
Overall, got the job done without having to wait in the taxi cue.
