Terrible, I am so unhappy. When I went to pick up the sweater, cashmere that had a stain. I got it back with the side torn and the stain not removed. She told me that the rip would have been there when I brought it to her, didn’t even apologize for the lack of effort put into removing the stain. So not only was it not clean, it was ripped and she didn’t take any responsibility. And insisted that I still had to pay for the work.
Don’t go!
