I have been to this location 4 times and unfortunately the service has been the worst out of all the Pandora locations in GTA. I highly do not recommend you visit this location. As I waited for a staff member to approach me with very few shoppers in the store and about 3 staff to 1 shopper available, I observed unpleasant service to other shoppers. The sales people in the store do not have customer service skills and were frankly quite disrespectful to say the least! Not only am I disappointed that Pandora would have such staff representing their product but their reputation is at hand. I would not return to this location and frankly I am not sure if I will continue to shop at Pandora. Its stuff like this that makes shoppers remember a store and want to return. It takes one person to pass on this information and it quickly spreads to others, after all business comes down to referrals. I hope someone in Pandora’s head office can visit this location as a secret shopper to experience the service at hand. A store like Pandora should not have that type of service. There are a lot of young people that could offer excellent customer service skills that would be more than willing to work for Pandora, so if your reading this Pandora, please go in there and clean up shop-it really needs it! Terrible, terrible service!

I first want to note that ‘they’ only get away with calling themselves the ‘flagship store’ because it was the first to open(only 6 months before the one at RBC Plaza… big deal). They don’t get any special privileges or advanced inventory or anything above and beyond what every single other Pandora location gets. Anyway, on with my issues with this place… I had a beautiful oxidized Pandora bracelet but unfortunately, one of the threads(where the clips go) came loose on the bracelet. I took it to this location to have it looked at. From what I understood, I could go to any location for repairs and/or cleaning, service, etc. Although I was hoping for the bracelet to be replaced, I wasn’t holding my breath on it. I was advised that they would be sending it to their goldsmith to be fixed… free of charge. I received my bracelet back in 7 days and when I went in, I spoke with the owner who wanted to now charge me for the repair and re-oxidization(which I didn’t have done!). I advised him that, when I spoke with his daughter(it’s a family run store), she had confirmed the repair would be covered under warranty and that, although we discussed the re-oxidization, I had decided not to have it done at this time(which it clearly wasn’t done anyway!). He begrudgingly didn’t end up charging me. To my surprise, it broke again within an hour of wearing it. When I phoned the store, I spoke to the owner again. He repeated asked if I had paid for the repair to which I reminded him, it was covered under warranty. He then asked if I had the original receipt from when I purchased the bracelet from their store. I confirmed that I did have my receipt but that when I originally spoke with his daughter, I had informed her that I had purchased the bracelet at the downtown location. She had assured me this was not a problem. He immediately told me that he could no longer help me and that I should contact the store where I purchased the bracelet. Wow. I did so and they have more than made up for this shoddy customer service! They replaced the bracelet free of charge and asked that I provided them with written documentation of my experience with the Steeles store which they submitted to head office along with my original bracelet. It is important to note, for those of you who purchase Pandora in Ontario, if repairs need to be done to your bracelet, all repairs are done out of one location and it takes 4 – 6 weeks… period. If you get it back sooner(as in my case), it was NOT fixed by Pandora. This place wouldn’t even get 1 star if I had the option! I’m so glad a Pandora store opened in Scarborough Town Centre but even if it hadn’t, I’d make the treck down to RBC Plaza before dealing with these people again!

I am so surprise that Pandora opened up a store at Shops on Steeles &404. Compare to other tenants, it is really out of place. So much more swanky, sophisticated in the deco and the merchandise they offers… I was browsing a little bit on a weekday afternoon and there were quite a few customers purchasing and browsing too… And surprisingly a lot of them are men! I guess they are shopping for their loves one for Valentine’s Day. The good thing about Pandora’s charms they have such a great selections and price range so basically you can always budget accordingly… I know because my sister has one of those Pandora’s bracelet and she always loves a charm or 2 for the special occasions.
