Petsmart

I was dealing with some issues with my spending habbits prior to getting my first dog, and I’ve just visited about every pet store in Ontario. I’ve avoided going to Petsmart because I always thought this was some quantity over quality place. Aparently… this place is… zzzzZZZZzZZzzzzzZz.
Am I really reviewing this place? Like you need anyone to tell you what Pet Smart was and to differentiate between locations.
The dog trainers here are teenagers with spikey hair, the people walk the isles are middle aged women, and the groomers are Asian ladies within the same age group. I’m happy to see that the diversity of this franchise, and I guess I have been turned into a believer of the Company when I need simple convenience.
This location does not have doggy boarding, but it doesn’t matter, because the last time I went there to get food, the placed was closed. FOREVERRRRRR.
The sign’s been taken down, and all traces of it’s existence has been removed.
Okay buddy, ashes to ashes dust to dust.
There’s another location three blocks down.

This Petsmart is nice & spacious. We often end up here on a Sunday which is when they have their dog training days. So cute to watch all the different types of puppies run around. Good selection of cat food, beds, carriers toys, & anything else you might need. Staff is always courteous. It’s not a busy store so service is always fast. Plus they have a grooming service here if your pet needs it.

Petsmart located in Woodbine/​Hwy 7 is the usual location where I pick up some toys, some treats and some can food for my dog.
I really enjoy shopping there because the store is spacious so all dogs are welcome to drop in with their owners. Nothing beat a wet, snowy day when your dog has been indoors from all these time to go out and socialize with other people and dogs and shopping at the same time!
They do carry a few decent brand of dog food that I don’t mind getting. e. g Blue Buffalo (
) and they have the oven baked cookies treats too…
Make sure you get the free Pet Perks card so you will get specials pricing for some of the products and they will mail you $ 5 off coupons once in awhile too!
