The Red Sichuan Cuisine (The Red) is established with its love for the diverse city of Markham. We are focusing on creativity, health and trend upon which our food is based, with the combination of Chinese traditional Sichuan Cuisine, Beijing cuisine and southern Chinese Cuisine.
The Red uses mainly locally sourced food from Ontario’s bountiful farms and ranches. We are determined to build strong ties to the local supplier so that we can count on serving up the freshest tasting dishes and supporting our locally owned and operated businesses. In order to bring the authentic taste to our dining table, we also select and import the best cooking ingredients from different regions of China.
History
Established in 2013.
The reason why we call this restaurant «THE RED» is because we are highly passionate about Szechuan Cuisine and Hospitality business. Although we are specialized on Szechuan food spicy, we also carry many items are not spicy. We believe the fresh ingredients and high quality materials we are using will create a positive attractions towards customers in GTA areas. We believe the detailed cooking attention and balanced flavour of our dishes would gain more credits for our brand. and these are the basic we were working on and will be continue working forwards.
