Bond explains, «Nowadays it’s even more important to know the ins-​and-​outs of every central and portable vacuum on the market, and the quality of those products. Patience wears thin with customers when parts have to keep being replaced just because major manufacturers, in an effort to build a cheaper product, use cheap components sourced from China. That’s not the product we want to sell in our store, and Cana-​Vac was the brand that stood out most for quality and reputation.»
