Lorraine’s passion has led her to being one of the top agents, not only in the Midland/​Penetanguishene area, but also across the entire Simcoe County area.

A native of Penetanguishene and an active member of the community, she has created a strong real estate referral base in the Southern Georgian Bay area and 80% of her business is repeat clients.

Licensed in Real Estate since 1988, she has helped over 2600 clients and is well aware of growth patterns and ever-​changing market conditions in the Southern Georgian Bay area needed to determine sales and purchasing trends.
