High Tech Automotive

I normally like to get to know and deal with a owner/​operator business when getting any type of service for anything as I have found if you choose right you will have a well established relationship that can go on for many years without issue. Given that, I stopped by when I saw a sign out front advertising 19.99 Castrol oil and filter. I was expecting a «high tech» automotive service ready to do a quick and thorough oil and filter like some of the well known big players but instead found a dirty, cramped, one man shop that was not able to service my vehicle as he was busy and advised that the cost was not 19.99. There is only a couple of reviews on HTA that I could find and they confirmed I made the right decision to take a pass.

Really rude owner. Took 5 days to fix my car, took two days to diagnose the problem and before payment when I asked him questions regarding what the repairs were, how much the part cost, labour, etc he told me to not waste his time.
